Transcending the boundaries of
impossible experiences
Ducere's vision is not just to emerge as the global leader in wearable technology. but to overstep and excel in the barely scratched surface of innovative, technical and technological explorations. We encourage and indulge in creative ingenuity and fearless ambition with an open mind for new and disruptive ideas, that could lead to paradigm shifts in technological innovations.
We at Ducere embrace diverse workforce, and differently-abled individuals are a valued part of our workforce. Keeping the genesis of the idea, 75% of our manufacturing force is comprised of differently-abled people, including those who are physically challenged and those with hearing and speech disabilities. They are specifically trained to handle assembly operations such as soldering, packaging, quality check on raw materials and some are even involved in working on laptops and machines. The idea of including the differently-abled into the workforce is a part of our vision.

solving a problem through
convergent thinking
Ducere believes in a holistic process, one that is interactive, open and multi-disciplinary in every facet. Continuously focusing on process excellence, be it product development, R&D, design planning and execution, documentation, technical aspect manufacturing, we overcome all visible and esoteric barriers to exceed and excel the common expectations.
OUR UNIQUE MANUFACTURING
building the scratch
from scratch
Fundamental to our manufacturing process is to
build documentation, analyze supply chain,
resource planning, workmanship training, product
training, procuring quality raw materials from
established and reliable vendors, and to implement
innovative technologies and processes.

Our manufacturing process is precise and unique.
It is divided into 5 stages: quality check, assembly,
fitting, packing and dispatch. Each step in our
manufacturing process is managed and controlled
by quality control experts.

The incoming raw materials go through a
comprehensive visual and functional inspection
before they reach the production floor.
We have adopted and implemented quality
control practices to ensure we produce only
quality products that match industry standards.
